We're based in Lead, SD and primarily serve the Black Hills region — Lawrence, Pennington, Meade, and Butte counties. We focus on residential and small commercial work right here in the Hills — that's where we do our best work.
Both. A big part of our work comes straight from homeowners — people building a shop, putting in a driveway, or breaking ground on a new home. You don't need a general contractor to call us. We work with you directly, keep communication simple, and treat your property like it's our own.

It depends on the scope. A residential site prep or driveway might wrap up in a day or two. A full excavation with post frame build can run several weeks. We'll give you a realistic timeline upfront — no lowballing it to win the bid and then dragging it out.
Most of the work gets done by us, with our own iron and our own crew. But construction is a big world, and sometimes a job calls for specialized hands. When that happens, we don't just call whoever picks up — we bring in people we've vetted, people we'd vouch for, people who work the way we work. Same code. Same standards. If they don't measure up, they don't work for us.
